• 3 Day return policy
• Returns are accepted in the original condition, unused and in the same condition as received.
• A refund of the invoice price minus shipping cost and 15% re-stocking charge will be issued.
• We must be notified of any return item for credit within 3 days from date of receipt. Returns outside 3 days will be arranged for exchange only as determined by Montgomery Saddles and Tack.
• Shipping is a 3rd party service and not a tangible item. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless otherwise determined by Montgomery Saddles and Tack.
• Refunds may take up to a minimum 10 business days to process. (Business days are M-F)
• The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon by Montgomery Saddles and Tack.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are welcome for any item in its original condition, unused or in the same condition as received outside of the 3 day return policy.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes any additional re-shipping expense for the newly exchanged item. This expense will be determined by Montgomery Saddles and Tack.
• If the exchanged item is less than the original item, the difference will be credited back as the same payment type received, unless otherwise determined by the buyer. We do not issue or maintain customer credit for future purchases.
